First visit from a U.S. customer after three-year Epidemic
With the announcement of lifting of the epidemic lockdown at the end of last year, China officially opened national door, the state increased efforts to solve the relevant problems of foreign trade enterprises, supported enterprises to accelerate production, successfully fulfilled import and export contracts, held domestic and foreign exhibitions one after another, and economic recovery. On March 23, Guilin Lijia welcomed the visit of customer S307 (USA), our first major customer in the United States.
Customer S307, as a physical commodity trader in the field of metals and natural resources, has cooperated with our company for more than 15 years. The main purpose of this customer visit is to exchange information and enhance the friendship and cooperation between old friends. Although the current market share of brass tubes is getting smaller and smaller due to the replacement of some brass pipes by stainless steel pipes, with our joint efforts with customers, the order volume has basically stabilized. In the next step, we will occupy more market share by expanding product grades and specifications, strive to improve our competitiveness, and actively promote win-win cooperation.
Ou Ji, chairman and general manager of our company, said to customers in the meeting that the new management team of Lijia will adhere to the consistent customer first concept of Lijia company to do a good job in product and service, and hope to achieve complementary win-win and common development with customer S307 in more cooperation projects in the future.
